The Cottage on Lake Fairview has three beautiful event spaces. The 1928 cottage, 5,000sq feet indoor venue area, and our one-acre open field on the lake!
PARTY PACKAGES AND PRICING
The Cottage on Lake Fairview gladly offers Party Packages at $400 per hour with a 2-hour minimum rental time. Bar services may be added through Traditions Event Services and will be served by our bartenders. You're able to provide your own alcohol & have our staff serve. You may also choose to upgrade your package to have our Bar services provide the alcohol for you for an additional cost. Event time must be concluded by 11pm at the latest. and there is 1-hour of setup and cleanup included with your rental.

A non-refundable deposit is due when you sign the contract to reserve your date. We are unable to save a date without a deposit and signed contract. The initial payment is 50% of your contract total. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event date. In the event the date needs to be changed, the deposit will transfer to the new date.
